The State Cultural Institution “Centralized Club System of Kostyukovichsky District” includes 15 club institutions: the district cultural center, the youth cultural center “Yunost”, the district House of Crafts, the Novosamotevichsky rural leisure club, 6 rural House of Culture, 3 rural clubs, and 2 rural club-library.

   The cultural services for sparsely populated and remote areas of the district are provided by the department of non-stationary services of the district cultural center, the service area includes 115 settlements. Cinema services for the population are provided by the department for cinema and video events.

   The centralized club system organizes the work of 92 club formations, including 49 for children. 10 creative groups have the names “people’s” and “model”.

Objectives and functions of the institution:

— preservation and development of national cultural heritage, traditional forms of cultural activity and recreation;

— development of amateur artistic creativity, development and support of creative individuals and talents, bearers of authentic folklore, promotion of cognitive activity of different groups of the population, creation of conditions for realization of intellectual and creative potential and enhancement of human spirituality;

— formation of skills and habits of rational, thorough, strong and humane organization and self-organization of their leisure time in different categories of the population;

— creation and distribution of film, video, photo products for the purposes of aesthetic, artistic, moral, informational support of the population;

— improvement of forms and methods of film and video services for the population;

— creation of conditions for leisure activities aimed at the revival, preservation, development and promotion of national cultural heritage in the field of arts and crafts and artistic creativity;

— enhancing the role of youth in the social and cultural life of the district, creation of conditions for realization of intellectual and creative potential, improvement of forms and methods of organizing youth leisure time;

— organization of library services to the population, study of readers' interests and needs;

— implementation of methodological functions for managing the activities of club institutions of the district, methodological and practical professional assistance to organizations and citizens on issues of their competence on mutually beneficial terms;

— provision of additional types of services determined by the list of additional types of services. 

Forms and methods of work of the institution:

- uses theatrical and entertainment, dance and entertainment, exhibition and other cultural and leisure facilities in the territory of the Kostyukovichsky district;

- carries out the preparation and holding of thematic, theater and concert, game, dance and entertainment, literary and artistic, ritual and ceremonial and other leisure programs; - carries out work on the development of folk art, creates conditions for the activities of clubs, studios, amateur groups in various genres;

- holds festivals, reviews, competitions of amateur groups of the Kostyukovichsky district, takes part in regional, republican and international festivals, reviews, competitions, ceremonial events;

- supports socially significant creative initiatives, the activities of amateur associations and clubs of interest;

- creates non-professional amateur groups, associations in all genres of folk art, forms its own reference and information fund, develops script and methodological literature;

- provides advisory, methodological and organizational-creative assistance in conducting various cultural and leisure events under social and creative orders and other agreements with legal entities and individuals;

- organizes the provision of paid services to the population, organizations, enterprises in various forms and methods of work;

- carries out other types of organization of leisure, cultural and creative and other activities that meet the basic principles and objectives of club institutions.
