The work of cultural institutions is aimed at organizing public leisure, reviving, developing, and preserving folk art, improving forms and methods of engaging with the population, and developing professional and amateur creativity.
To achieve these goals, 92 club groups have been organized in the district's club institutions, 41 of which are for children and adolescents. Eight creative groups are designated "folk" and "exemplary." Rural club institutions also have one group with the title "folk."
